About Me
I’m Nikki, a coach with many years of experience working in the academic coaching and higher education space, supporting students, professionals, and researchers through periods of growth, uncertainty, and transition. Over time, my work has consistently centred on helping people think more clearly, reconnect with their values, and move forward with confidence and integrity.
My background in academic coaching has shaped a thoughtful, structured, and evidence-informed approach — but my work extends well beyond performance or outcomes. What has always mattered most to me is the process of facilitating meaningful growth: supporting people to understand themselves better, communicate more honestly, and make choices that align with who they are becoming.

Alongside this, nature has always been a grounding force in my own life. Time outdoors offers perspective, clarity, and a sense of connection that is difficult to access in constant busyness. This love of nature naturally informs my retreat work, where reflection, embodiment, and the natural environment are intentionally woven into the coaching process.
Today, my work brings these threads together — rigorous reflection, practical support, relational awareness, and nature-based experiences — to help people build resilience, adaptability, and lives that feel both meaningful and sustainable.
My Coaching Philosophy
At Wild Soul Coaching, we believe meaningful change begins with honest awareness — not pressure, fixing, or constant striving. People already have the capacity to grow, adapt, and make aligned choices when the right conditions are created.
Awareness Before Action
We begin by slowing down and seeing clearly: who you are, what matters to you, where you are now, and what patterns are shaping your life. Without awareness, change often becomes reactive. With it, action becomes intentional.
Alignment Over Optimisation
Rather than focusing on productivity or performance for its own sake, this work centres on alignment — between your values, inner world, relationships, and daily choices. Sustainable change happens when your life reflects what truly matters to you.
Resilience and Adaptability as Lived Skills
Resilience and adaptability are not traits you either have or don’t have — they are skills that can be practised and strengthened. Through reflection, embodied awareness, and real-world experimentation, clients learn how to respond to change with greater steadiness, flexibility, and agency.
The Body and Relationships Matter
Growth doesn’t happen through insight alone. It also lives in the body and in how we relate to others. Coaching pays attention to emotional regulation, boundaries, communication, and relational patterns — because personal change is always shaped by context and connection.
Gentle, Honest, and Practical
This coaching is compassionate without being vague, and honest without being harsh. The aim is not to force transformation, but to support meaningful movement — helping you take realistic, values-aligned steps toward the life you want to live.
We don’t tell you what to do. We help you listen to yourself more closely, explore more honestly, and act from a place of clarity and courage.
