Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling through the designated booking system.
  • Sessions are only confirmed once payment has been received.
  • All services take place strictly within the booked time slots.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

  • Clients may reschedule their sessions at least 24 hours in advance via the booking system.
  • No refunds will be provided for any booked sessions, including missed or unused appointments.

3. Unused Time Policy

  • If a live session ends early and more than 30 minutes remain, the unused time can be applied toward a future content review service.
  • This applies to all live coaching sessions.

4. Confidentiality & Data Protection

  • Client data is securely stored on Google Drive until graduation, after which it is permanently deleted.
  • All shared resources (e.g., templates, guides) are strictly for personal use and may not be distributed or shared with others.
  • Clients may record sessions for personal use but may not distribute or publish recordings without explicit permission.

5. Dispute Resolution

  • Any concerns or disputes should be addressed via email for resolution.
  • The goal is to resolve all issues amicably and fairly.

6. Amendments to Terms

  • These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply to both new and existing bookings.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
